We take great pride in our attention to detail, working with natural straw and a curated selection of premium materials. As a result, no two pieces are ever exactly the same - each one carries its own character, subtle variations, and natural beauty.
Due to the nature of straw and other organic materials, texture, tone, and form may vary. This is part of the charm and uniqueness of your hand crafted product.
We believe in mindful craftsmanship and sustainability. You are warmly invited to return your piece for re-embellishment or accessory changes, allowing you to wear it in new and exciting ways for different occasions. (Additional cost applies varied on each piece.)

• Each hat takes 3–4 weeks to create. These are not mass-produced items—they are works of wearable art, made with love and great patience.
• Every hat comes with a hat box for safe storage and transportation. Please always use your box to protect your piece.
• Do not wear your hat in the rain. The delicate materials used cannot be restored once damaged by moisture.
